POOL INSPECTION
If you are in the process of buying or selling a property with a swimming pool or spa pool, Pukka Pools can offer you a WOF report, the report will consist of the following –
- Thorough check of pump shed equipment for any mechanical issues, pumps, filters, chlorinators (excluding gas heaters)
- Visual check pool surface for any openings in liner pools, cracks, discolorations, or areas that are rough or mottled in plaster pools.
- Pressure test and dye test all penetration points**
- Check pool Plumbing for any loose or broken fittings or any signs of over heating.
- Pukka Pools will provide detailed check list with any point of concern.
**If a dive is needed to check lights, main drain or Hydrostatic valves a Dive charge will be added.
